Acacia Place is located in Abbotsford, Melbourne.  The development includes 3 apartment buildings – Eden, Haven and Sanctuary – which contain various common areas, rooftops, lifestyle amenities, grounds and other.  There is a small commercial hub which includes two cafes and public parking facilities.

The development was designed by architects RotheLowman and built by LU Simon.  In 2015, Acacia Place won awards from the UDIA for best highrise apartment development and best site masterplan.

Embraced by a spectacular leafy bend of Melbourne’s iconic Yarra River, Eden Apartments contains 205 apartments across 12 residential levels. Eden was completed in July 2013.
An inspirational setting with views of the winding Yarra River, Haven Apartments contains 169 apartments across 10 residential levels. Haven was completed in April 2014.
The third and final building at Acacia Place surrounded by the convenience and diversity of Melbourne’s inner city, Sanctuary Apartments contains 194 apartments across 10 residential levels. Sanctuary was completed in May 2015.
